Step 1: Download Your Journal

After purchasing, tap the Download button to download your Girl in Progress PDF.

Step 2: Save the PDF to Your Device

When the PDF opens, select Download, Save to Files, or Save/Download File depending on your device.

• iPhone/iPad: Tap the Share icon → Save to Files → choose a location → Save.

• Android: Tap the Download icon or Download File. Your journal will typically be saved in your Downloads folder.

Step 3: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader

Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 4: Open Your Journal in Adobe Acrobat

Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader app → select Files → find your Girl in Progress PDF → tap to open it.

Step 5: Start Your Journey You can now:

• Type your answers in the response boxes

• Check off activities and reflection prompts

• Complete your journal at your own pace

• Save your progress and come back later
